Open to all AQHA, APHA and TB stallions. All nominated stallions will sell 1 service at the auction on Sept. 14. All buyers and stallions owners will then nominate one mare to breed to the selected stallion.

This resulting foal will then be eligible to return in two years to compete in either the early or late division for the prize money raised at the 2002 auction. In 2001, 32 stallions were sold raising $21,000.00. That year the weanling futurity had record numbers of weanlings returning from the sale two years prior.
